Step 1—Continue making your payments.

To avoid the risk of late charges and a negative impact on your credit score, keep making your monthly mortgage payment until we confirm the loan is paid in full. Any remaining funds will be refunded to you within 30 days, and mailed to the mailing address on file. If you have moved, please update your mailing address prior to this time.

Step 2—Get a quote.

Step 3—Send your payoff funds.

Only certified funds, cashier’s checks, money orders or wires will be accepted to payoff loans. Personal checks are not accepted and will be returned. If a bank cannot submit a large payoff amount in one wire, we will accept the payoff amount in two separate wires. Funds received prior to  2:00 p.m. (CST) will be posted on that day, while funds received after 2:00 p.m. (CST) will be posted on the next business day and interest will continue to accrue. An effective method of delivery should be chosen to ensure timely delivery and minimize the interest expense. We are not responsible for delays in posting due to missing or incorrect information.
