Yes. Primary Account Owners are able to retrieve deposit account statements quickly, conveniently and securely online. Simply sign into the MetLife Bank website, click on "Manage Your Statements", and then click on "View Your Bank Statements Online" Note: At this time Trust accounts cannot be viewed online.
 

 

Yes. If you are the primary account owner, MetLife Bank offers you the option of receiving your deposit account statement electronically. If you have existing accounts, simply sign into the MetLife Bank website, click on "Manage Your Statements", and then click on "Change Your Statement Option". When you take advantage of the Electronic Statement Option you will be notified via email whenever your current statement is available to view online. Note: At this time Trust accounts cannot be viewed online.

 

 

Only the primary account owner will be able to view statements online. All account owners have online ability to view complete transaction history and detail of account(s).
 

 

Your statement will continue to be available on your existing statement cycle date.
 

 

If you have elected to receive your statements electronically, you will be notified by email when your current statement is available to view online. In addition, your previous bank statements will be available to you on our website for a minimum of 12 months.
 

 

For privacy reasons, only accounts with the exact same ownership titles can be combined on the same statement.
 

 

In order to view your statements online you need to have your pop-up blocker disabled and you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
 

 

Only statements with cycle dates beginning February 5th, 2007 and later are available online. If you need information or statements pertaining to before February 5, 2007, please call 1-866-BankMet (1-866-226-5638).
