One More Way MetLife Bank Helps Protect Your Security
MetLife Bank provides an important additional security layer to your online banking experience – multi-factor authentication. It gives us more ways for us to verify your identity, helping to ensure that only you have access to your internet bank account. You can conduct your online banking with confidence, knowing you are communicating only with MetLife Bank.
When you register for online access to your account, you will be prompted to:
- Select an image from a catalog of almost 40,000 and add a corresponding caption. The image and caption will appear whenever you attempt to sign in to your internet bank account. If you do not see your image, contact a Banking Advisor.
- Select personal questions only you know the answer to. If you attempt to log in to your internet bank account from a computer you don’t typically use to access your account, you’ll be asked to answer the security questions you’ve chosen.
